The Devil's Pipeline plot
"DOUBLE-BARRELED ACTION!...as two adventurers battle oil racketeers!"
A secretary sends a coded request for help in her monthly report. She has discovered how harshly an oil boss treats his workers on a tropical island. Two detectives start an investigation and discover that men are being imprisoned on false charges. They are forced to work in oil fields and are killed when they try to escape.
