Robbie Rocket plot

Young Robbie wants to fill the hole in the ozone layer during a heat wave after watching a television program. He wants to do this to save his grandmother and also the world. Robbie's imagination runs wild and he embarks on a quest with a master plan drawn up. He won't be able to do it all alone, but luckily he gets help from an unexpected source.
