Phantom Patrol plot
Wanted mobster Dan 'Dapper' Geary sees a lot of similarities between him and the well-known writer Stephen Morris. Bravely kidnaps Morris and assumes his identity. Brave's new identity goes unnoticed for a long time, but when his stenographer reads his new scripts and forwards them to police sergeant Jim McGregor, McGregor becomes very suspicious.
