Mandrin plot

In 1750, Louis XV begins to be hated more and more by his people, because the wars follow one another and impoverish the country. Louis Mandrin leaves his belongings and his fiancée behind to go into hiding. Together with a group of peasants, he starts an armed struggle against the taxes collected by the king and against the unjust system with which he rules the country.
