"In a world gone bad, hope still survives."
The world outside the forest is desolate and dangerous. The forest is all eight-year-old Marko has ever known, and the only person he knows is his paranoid, protective father. His most precious possession is his picture book, in which he thinks he can find the answers to everything. His life changes suddenly when he discovers an innocent, gentle boy with Down syndrome, Miko, living on the edge of the forest. The situation worsens when the boys are left alone and must fight the remnants of humanity.
