Courage plot
"Strength comes from within."
Author Robert (Priestley), his wife and former swimming champion Teresa (Roth) and Robert's teenage daughter Christy are on a camping trip. The trip soon turns into a nightmare when their boat strands on a deserted island in the middle of a river. Christy panics when her father is injured and knocked unconscious. To survive, Teresa must use all her powers to tend to Robert's wounds and ensure that all three survive. Despite a shortage of food, a chance of a bear attack and the hopeless prospect of a rescue.
