"In Africa's savage city of outcasts they met in a rendezvous with terror!"
Congotanga, West Africa, has no laws: the government is controlled by foreign mobsters, headed by Carl Rittner. Louise Whitman arrives on the last plane from Europe, where she has fled on suspicion of murder. Also on board is Peter Mannering, who hires assassin O'Connell to kill Louise. Through a series of circumstances, Louise, O'Connell and the heroic David Carr end up in the jungle. There they must find the real border of Congotanga, on behalf of Carr.
