Catherine plot

In fifteenth century France, the Armagnacs and Burgundians wage a ruthless battle. In 1422 Philip of Burgundy besieged Paris. Catherine Legoix, the daughter of a goldsmith, falls in love with Michel de Montsalvy, the captain of the guard, who rescued her. During the siege of Paris, she sees her lover and her father murdered by butchers who surrender the city to the Burgundians. The Armagnacs are defeated and Catherine is captured...
