Yuh-Ling, nicknamed 'Velvet Paw', is a charming 19-year-old girl. She lives with her parents in the suburbs of Hong Kong and is just as ardent as her downstairs neighbor Li, who makes fun of her morning exercises one day. After a minor dispute, Li takes her to a kung fu school run by the famous 'Drunken Master'. Due to a misunderstanding, Li is suspected of having stolen goods. Does he work with smugglers?
