Villu plot
Inspector Joseph is asked for an interview with the police officer. He is told that Raaka, a criminal they have been looking for for a long time, will soon arrive secretly via a container ship and that he is meant to be arrested. Joseph and his team disguise themselves as dock workers and wait for Raaka.
