Underground plot

"An Urban Nightmare."

A New York police officer feels personally attacked by a mean newspaper article. The cop decides to seek out the journalist in order to beat him up, but the two men are suddenly forced to work together unwillingly when they are tasked with tracking down a gang of psychopaths who are making the New York subway unsafe.
