"Die laughing!"
The corrupt cop Cho gets a new partner, the serious and honest Soo-Won who is determined to tackle corruption within the corps. Noticing that Soo-Won's methods are endangering his own corrupt practices, Cho tries to bribe the young man. Unfortunately, that is not as easy as it seems.
