"There Comes A Time When The Weak Must Take A Stand"

The streets of Westgate are terrorized by drug gangs. Pastor Debra is done with the drug violence and stands up to protect her city, and the children in the city, from the drug gangs. She does this with the help of two trained fighters who go by the nicknames 'The Fist' and 'The Hammer'.
