Thunderbirds plot
Former astronaut Jeff Tracey's nearly endless task is to save the world from the dangers that loom. He does this with his four eldest sons and their five incredible vehicles, the Thunderbirds. Together they form International Rescue, a top secret organization that the whole world relies on. Now, however, they find themselves in a predicament: they have been ambushed by their nemesis, The Hood. The Hood has confiscated their technology and their high-tech spacecraft and used them for his own evil purposes. What The Hood doesn't know is that Alan, the youngest son, is still on the island. But will Alan be able to save his relatives...and the entire world with them?

Actually very funny actually. Of course a story of nothing and from the first minute to predict how it will turn out. But luckily the film doesn't take itself too seriously and the many winks and homages to the original series are too funny to kick the rest of the film into the ground.

I don't completely agree with TommyKonijn, but I do agree that it's more bad than good. He was still pretty good and he gets half a point more because TeamAmerica has arisen a bit from the real series

I've never seen the original series before. If the intention was to win new souls with this version, I must say that it failed. I don't really like this movie. Far too busy and infantile, although it might be more useful to the young audience (when I watch the animation series now). Little story and probably mostly references to the original series, although you don't care if you haven't seen it.
