Fine 80's cheese! Good atmosphere, right hairstyles, clothes, abandoned house, fog machine, torture barn, 80's soundtrack, bad actions/choices of the main characters and psychos in the forest! Top! What a shame about the open and abrupt ending of the film. Tasted for more! I couldn't really figure out that the bad guys were drifters as stated in the description, more like psychopaths with a Vietnam trauma or something.

In itself a nice, but simple story with a nice setting. With a nice intro, but not much fun around the house in the woods. The effect is not well developed enough in terms of both action and horror, after which the rather disappointing ending caused a major disappointment. In terms of content, there was more to be gained from this material, but unfortunately The Zero Boys is ultimately a film that will not stick around for too long.

Pffff. Children's horror. Everything as neat and solid as possible. Characters are uninteresting and story is infantile. Unfortunately, this is not compensated for with humor or gore. The ending is indeed bizarrely abrupt. Like they had no idea how to end it. But to be honest, I wasn't sad about it when the credits started.
