The Wheel plot

"Break him, till he breaks free."

Sometime in the near future, inmate Matt Mills meets the board of Satoshi-Telefair Industries. Under pressure and with a promise to walk again, Mills agrees to participate in a program. He is injected and then falls asleep. When he wakes up, he finds that he can move his legs again. Mills is in a steel cell, the first part of a device called "The Wheel".
