"No fear. No rules. No equal."
On his final mission, veteran mercenary Ben Cutter and his young colleague Vince Dean must destroy a shipment of stolen weapons of war. After a fierce battle with IRA terrorists disguised as special forces, they take the heavily armed camp. In revenge for destroying the $200 million weapons intended for him, terrorist leader Dylan McBride kidnaps Cutter's daughter Mary Kate. But she escapes and steals a computer chip with access codes to the worldwide IRA bank accounts. Furious, McBride orders his men to find the chip and bring the trio back, dead or alive.

Following the new documentary about former WWE promoter Vince McMahon I thought it would be fun to see if the action movies with Hulk Hogan are really that bad? Up until now I had only seen him in a Rocky movie as himself and that all went pretty smoothly.
In this The Ultimate Weapon it quickly becomes clear that Hogan has 0 acting talent and 0 charisma. Where he is bursting with charisma in the ring, it is as if he has lost all his power and charisma without his characteristic bandana. He walks around the entire film as if he urgently needs to go to the toilet but does not know where the toilets are. Especially in the so-called sensitive scenes you see that Hogan does not really know what to do and unfortunately there are still a lot of scenes of that 
.
No, if Hulk Hogan had been given the opportunity to expertly beat up some people this could have been quite entertaining. But instead of a fun action movie this has become a much too serious monstrosity of a movie that crawls by excruciatingly slowly, has no humor and worst of all hardly any action.
Very bad and not nice.
