The Surfer plot
Sam Barlow is a Vietnam veteran who sells surf equipment on the beach. When his best friend is murdered, he wants to take revenge on the responsible gangsters. He uncovers a sex scandal involving a minister and a corrupt police officer tries to thwart Sam's investigation.
