The Phantom Buster plot
Bull Turner is a bandit known as 'The Phantom' and he has a doppelganger; the bum Jeff McCloud. Turner manages to get McCloud to be mistaken as the bandit and he ends up in jail. Turner himself is murdered by Jim Breed. McCloud escapes from prison and assumes the identity of Turner. He contacts his gang.
