The Local plot

The story of Noname, an enigmatic man on the run from his evil past. He is trapped in the violent underworld of Brooklyn, where he is a simple drug dealer. He is approached by a rich man who offers him a large sum of money in exchange for saving his heroin-addicted daughter. Noname soon realizes it's more than making money; in this way he also makes up for his bad past.
