Tang Shan A Di plot

A shipload of weapons is stolen by a masked gang operating from the water. Local mafia boss Simon suspects the residents of the town of Hoi Si. He orders his supreme leader to attack the town and track down the thieves. But not everyone plans to cooperate with the mafia.
