Seoul plot

Japanese police officer Hayase accidentally becomes involved in a bank robbery in Seoul. He kills one robber, but the other manages to escape. Hayase, the only one able to identify the remaining robber, is placed with an anti-terrorism unit, led by Inspector Kim. It turns out that the bank robbery committed is part of a large-scale terrorist act linked to the opening of a Korean-Japanese bank.
