Riding the Edge plot
Raycor International science lab, on the edge of the Sahara, is raided one morning by a group of terrorists. Several people are murdered and five are taken hostage, including engineer John Harman. For their release, the terrorists demand secret chips as ransom, which a satellite must keep under control. Along with director Dean Stradling and the ransom, John's son Matt flies to North Africa. Along the way, he is helped by three people, but can they be trusted? Matt discovers the place where his father is being held captive; in the mountains, above a dam. By blowing up this dam with dynamite, Matt hopes to free his father.
