Rapid Assault plot

Notorious terrorist Lars Rynark (Don Scribner) hijacks a secret base located somewhere at the bottom of the ocean. He threatens to cause the world's greatest ecological disaster by spreading a deadly biological poison into the ocean, eventually destroying all life on Earth. Seeing no room to negotiate with Rynark, the US government assembles a small combat unit, consisting of Navy SEAL James Decker (Tim Abell) and CIA agent David Phillips (Jeff Rector), to take out Rynark in time. To be on the safe side, the government is keeping a nuclear submarine on hand to destroy the base as a last resort.
