"When a man is pushed to his limits"

Falsely accused of the assassination attempt on Chile's ambassador to the US, CIA secret agent Sebastian Dellacourt (Don Mogavero) is jailed for life. In exchange for his release, he must complete one last assignment for his former CIA boss. It involves Dellacourt infiltrating a radical militia unit in Vermont, uncovering their deadly plot for Washington DC, and facing the ultimate showdown with their cold-blooded leader Arno Taylor (Steve Railsback). From the high Andes Mountains to the streets of Santiago and back to Philadelphia and Washington, Dellacourt follows an explosive trail of deception and betrayal.
