Over Drive plot
At the SCRS (Seiko Cup Rally Series), young, talented drivers try to advance to the WRC (World Rally Championship). Atsuhiro Hiyama is the chief mechanic at the Supika Racing Factory. He is very much appreciated by his colleagues there. Naozumi is his younger brother and driver for the Supika Racing Factory, but also a troublemaker. He and Atsuhiro are constantly arguing about his reckless driving. One day, Hikaru Endo becomes his new manager.
