Mercenary Kaan takes on a mission to rescue a professor who has invented a cure for leukemia from the clutches of criminals. Kaan gets help from Ali and Leyla. The trio fires and fires, leaving dozens of dead bad guys as a result. But they appear to have been set up by the client: It turns out that it is not a revolutionary drug, but synthetic heroin!
