Narayan Pasari is a cop in Mumbai. When he is charged with an extrajudicial killing, Shivaji Rao, an honest cop from Hyderabad, is appointed chief detective. Even after Pasari is arrested, he manages to kill all the witnesses and is released with a clean slate. When Pasari starts a ruthless mafia venture of his own while still a cop, it becomes very difficult for Shivaji to defeat him.
