The psychopathic Despot Raden Parna terrorizes the population. He regularly sacrifices young women, but what no one knows is that they end up in his subterranean sleep maker. The rest of the population must work in its gold mines until they fall over dead. One day, the blind warrior Barda "Buta" Mantrabata shows up and vows to overthrow the regime.
