"Brothers. Enemies. Killers."
A man lives a rushed and dangerous life as a high-ranking gangster boss in South Korea's port city of Busan. His best friend is also a gangster. However, the boss is haunted by memories of leaving his younger brother and mother behind as they tried to flee from North to South Korea. His mother was beaten to death and his little brother locked up when they were caught by the North Korean authorities. Meanwhile, the boss travels to Thailand with new gang members to meet Thai mobsters. The meeting turns out to be a trap...
