"The truth is a lie."
A mysterious explosion takes place on the Balam Bridge in Seoul on November 20, 1994. Suddenly, Yoon Hveok appears there before the eyes of the tough news reporter Lee Bang-Woo. Yoon Hyeok hails from the same hometown as Lee Bang-Woo, but they haven't seen each other in a long time. Yoon Hyeok hands over documents to Lee Bang-Woo with hints that the attack on Balam Bridge was deliberate. To uncover the truth behind the case, Lee Bang-Woo teams up with fellow reporters Son Jin-gi and Seong Hyo-gwan. As they dig deeper and deeper for the truth, their office is broken into and the men are threatened.
