Mindstorm plot

"The ultimate weapon is the human mind"

1979. East and West created the Mindstorm joint research project. The aim is to find people with telekinetic and telepathic abilities and deploy them militarily. 2000. The last test subjects, sisters Jerry and Sylvia, are able to flee the shielded military research zone. A bitter hunt for these unique ultimate human weapons ensues between the CIA and the KGB.
