Latin Dragon plot

Decorated war hero and former secret agent, Danny Silva returns to his old Los Angeles neighborhood. There he sees how the corrupt inspector Bishop Thorn and his henchman Frank terrorize the local population with some wild street gangs who commit violent destruction, fires and murders. Together with the pastor of his old parish and his former girlfriend, Danny reluctantly embarks on a long and confusing journey of revenge and reparation and restores safety to the neighborhood.
