Kaatera plot
The story is set against the backdrop of 1974. Kaatera is a young man who works as a laborer in the village of Bhimanahalli. He's trying very hard. However, the village struggles with the oppressive rule of a landlord, which leads to unjust treatment of workers. The struggle of a farmer trying to grow crops is made worse by the harsh conditions. What is happening in the village amid all this? How does Kaatera respond to the oppression by the landlord?
