The authorities refuse to intervene, but someone has to stop the murderous drug smugglers. Marine Scott Youngblood is the right person for this job. Sgt. Scott Youngblood, is the pride of the Marines, who take the law into their own hands in Rambo-esque fashion. He travels to Madrid to visit his sister, but soon ends up in the morgue to identify her body. He resigns to uphold the reputation of the Marine Corps. The fight against his sister's murderers can now begin under the motto: 'once a Marine, always a Marine'.
