Hi-Riders plot
"They'll burn up anything on four wheels or two legs!"
A couple lights up a "Hi-Rider" during a drag race, but when he refuses to pay, they follow him to the secret meeting place of all the Hi-Riders. Fortunately, the leader of the gang turns out to be a good guy and they stick around with them. Then the son of 'the big man' dies in the town during a race and they have to compete against a large number of hillbillies.
