Hard Time: The Premonition plot

Tough ex-cop Logan McQueen is after a terrorist who is blowing up just about everything in Miami. The frustrated McQueen has little success until he comes in contact with serial killer Winston who claims to have revealing visions about the blasts. These visions may well lead to the solution of a mysterious series of murders.
