Ken was part of a street gang as a child until a car theft went wrong in which Tokyo Joe, one of the gang members, killed the owners of the car. Ken provided evidence in court and that sent Joe to jail. Fifteen years later, Ken is still trying to make up for his involvement by establishing a home for homeless youth. Yet the past does not let him rest. First he meets Jimmy, the son of the murdered couple. Then Tokyo Joe is released and he approaches Ken with an ultimatum: either he must fight in a secret tournament or he will lose everything he loves...
