"For love, For honour, For country, There is Love"

During the twilight years, in 1992, of a US naval base in the Philippines, tensions mount between local residents and the Americans who will soon be leaving the country. Three Marines and three Filipino young women struggle with an uncertain future politically, socially and of course romantically.
