Four Hour Layover in Juarez plot

A group of students travels to South America to build houses for the unfortunate. Something goes wrong with their plane and they have to land at an airport in Juarez, Mexico City. The group has a four-hour layover while they wait for a new plane. To pass the time, Caroline and some of her friends venture into a meeting with some residents who are just flying back to town. But as soon as they are lured out of the airport, they realize the adventure is not what they were promised.
