Expert Weapon plot

Adam, sentenced to death for murdering a police officer, is taken from his cell and asked to join a secret government organization that will turn him into a killing machine. He is trained by the ruthless leader of the group, Janson, and is assisted by martial arts master Miller and weapons expert Magnet. Adam is codenamed 'Expert Weapon'. When Adam decides to leave his life of crime behind, he learns that leaving the group carries the death penalty.
