Dojo Yaburi plot
Misawa Ihei is a wandering ronin who earns his livelihood through the so-called "Dojo Yaburi" (literally: "breaking martial-arts school"). They challenge the master of a dojo, beat him and then extort money from him so that no one finds out that this has happened. He helps the beautiful Tae escape her concubine fate and flees with her. Along the way, they meet Oba Gunjuro, a mysterious other ronin who will do anything for money. However, the lord for whom Tae was destined sends his followers after the couple.
