"You've Got To Pay To Play!"

An international terrorist has placed a time bomb in a nuclear waste pit in the Sahara to blackmail authorities with a devastating explosion. He once murdered the lovely Nicola's father, a scientist. She is Kepler's girlfriend, who runs the nuclear waste disposal company in the desert. Both Nicola and the French secret service are after the criminal. But caution is advised.
