Dilemma plot

A doctor is desperate for a bone marrow donor for a young girl. If she is not operated on soon, she will die. The only one eligible as a donor is the serious criminal Salazar. Unfortunately, the crook has just escaped and the police start a manhunt to catch the gangster and save the girl.
