Death Flash plot

"Two Killers .. One a cop ... One a cop killer ..."

Detective Johnny Duncan's downfall begins when an informant sets a trap for him. He commits two murders. This brings him to the magistrate, who reprimands him for completely misjudging the situation and thereby acting incorrectly. Johnny suspects his wife Fiona of having a relationship with another man. He chases her one night and discovers her in a parking lot arguing with a younger man. Fearing the worst, Johnny kills him in cold blood, sending him to jail and awaiting his sentence. Meanwhile, Johnny's sister Annie and her friend Julie get involved in the world of drug traffickers and pimps, where Annie is abused. Johnny finds out about this and decides to save her at all costs.
