Deadly Ransom plot

"A soldier of fortune bent on vengeance."

Using his parapsychological abilities, Navy Seal Max Lightner finds out that his fiancée and soon-to-be father-in-law have been kidnapped in Rio de Janeiro. The deadly gang of the Gijze Wolves has taken the two hostage and taken them to a hideout in the Brazilian jungle. His father, Admiral Lightner, calls in the FBI, who learn that the hostage takers are demanding a $50 million ransom. Unstoppable, Max flies to Rio where he comes into contact with local CIA informant Louis Mendes. Max and Louis recruit a military-trained patrol to undertake the risky rescue mission.
