"Some people's lives are worth destroying"

In a French city riddled with corruption, naive urban planner Yann comes into possession of a 9mm pistol possessed by the soul of murdered prostitute Sarah. Together they eliminate each criminal one by one. In an effort to restore order in the city, they hunt down the man at the head of the corruption, the mayor himself.
