"When the law crosses the line"

Alan Chambers (Townsend), a hard-working lawyer, hatches a plan with his colleagues. They find the legal system far too weak and decide to take the law into their own hands. Alan compiles a list of criminals who surreptitiously escaped punishment. Together with his colleagues, they open the hunt. But they go even further than the drug dealers, rapists and the rabble they want to "punish". Hunted by the police, they find themselves in a spiral of battles and their lofty ideals seem to lead them straight to hell...
