Baller Blockin' plot
The corrupt cop Curlyhead comes into focus on the cocaine trade of a couple of black mobsters in a residential area of the city of New Orleans. He wants to make a deal with them that he will keep his hand over their heads, but on the other hand, he does want a share of the profits. Meanwhile, the father of one of the mobsters, Juvenile, is murdered.
