Among Thieves plot
After a botched robbery in a Latin American desert town, a group of American thieves retreat to their getaway vehicle: a semi-trailer. Their escape is prevented when they realize the only member who can drive the massive truck was shot during the robbery. Loyalties are tested as the stranded thieves struggle to stay united as they desperately search for a way out of the land. Meanwhile, a local detective's efforts to bring the thieves to justice are hampered by internal corruption. Against his better judgement, he risks enlisting the help of the only man he can trust, a disgraced ex-cop with a history of violence.
